Eligibility for a Refund:

  • You may request a full refund within 21 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the product bottle (including any used portion) must be returned to us.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at orders@charabiologics.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
